Agreement
By accessing or using ListForge at listforge.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ListForge generates real estate listing copy (MLS descriptions, social posts, and buyer emails) from information you provide. Output is AI-assisted and template-based. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication or distribution.
Property data lookup
ListForge may offer an optional address lookup that pre-fills property details from third-party public records. Prefilled data is provided for convenience only — you are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and completeness before publishing any listing. Prefilled data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. ListForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Zillow, any MLS, or any real estate portal unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may apply where required by law. See our pricing page for current plans.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard via Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after a charge has processed. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days at the email below and we will review your request.
Free trial
Free trial credits are subject to the limits shown on our pricing page, do not roll over, and may change. We may modify or discontinue free access at any time.
Disclaimer
ListForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee MLS acceptance, regulatory compliance, fair housing compliance, or accuracy of generated content in your jurisdiction. Always verify output meets local, brokerage, and MLS requirements before use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on generated listing copy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
